We're a family run business with kids of our own. We found that busy swim centres were often loud and distracting, even making kids anxious to get in the water. We created Hydra Zen to address these issues.

Hydra Zen Swim School offer a range of adult classes from adult learn to swim to aqua fitness classes and float sound healing meditation. All classes are in our heated indoor Magnesium pool.

Hydra Zen truly puts the 'zen' into learning to swim! Parents can relax in our cafe and enjoy a coffee while our instructors teach the kids an essential life skill. Our magnesium-rich mineral pool and zen-like pool area are also designed to create a relaxing learning environment.
